Wavepaths: Music for Psychedelic Therapy

This talk will explain the central role of music in psychedelic therapy as the facilitation of implicit learning experiences. It positions through research data, patient experiences and musical examples that psychedelic therapy is an experiential and directive therapy approach, with music providing non-verbal direction. The talk will argue for the importance of a person-centred music approach, to practice psychedelic therapy not only effectively, but also ethically and safely.
