Lauren Macdonald is a psychiatrist, researcher and psychedelic guide at the Centre for Psychedelic Research (Imperial College London). She is also co-founder of Essence Medicine a non-profit advocating for patients facing life threatening illness to access legal, psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy.

Jo Neill is a Professor of Psychopharmacology at the University of Manchester, Chair of the Drug Science Medical Psychedelics Working Group and Trustee of Heroic Hearts UK.
